Old customer  EP visit our factory

   This Wendsday,our old EP（a short name) visit our factory to discuss about new projects about molds and injection products.our sales manager,sales,technical manager,mold engineer together with the customer.

   EP is a company who's head office in New sealand and with factory in Thailand,they design and produce products which used in different industry including Medical,Home appliance,Agriculture.

We help them produce those high-end molds/tools and some injection products,most of the products are produced by biodegradeable materials.

   During the visit at site,we talked about new projects,had dinners together,checked production sites together,talked mold making technicals and machines,like the CNC machines,milling machines,grinding machines,wire EDM etc.

   We specially checked one of the biodegradable material product T1 injection moulding production situation together, solved production press, temperature,circle time,cooling time,inspection standard,discussed about why they use this material and it's application,it's a great progress to protect enviroment and save labor cost.All process fully succesful.

   On Friday morning,the customer take some samples and go to the airport back to Thailand with happiness.
